On September 23, 2024, The Global Excellence Awards Edition 08, organized by HR SUCCESS TALK, achieved a significant milestone by hosting its first flagship event outside Delhi-NCR, in the vibrant city of Bengaluru. The event gathered a prestigious assembly of over 200 industry leaders, professionals, and changemakers from various sectors, making this edition a true celebration of global talent and innovation.

This edition marked the 8th chapter of the Global Excellence Awards, setting a new benchmark in excellence, innovation, and leadership. With insightful sessions, impactful keynote addresses, a fireside chat, and even a dose of laughter through a standup comedy performance, the event was a perfect blend of knowledge sharing and entertainment. SV Nathan captivated the audience with his insightful session on Future-Ready HR Leadership, emphasizing the importance of strategic HR leadership in an evolving world.
Srikanth Acharya delivered a keynote on Innovative Strategies to Boost Employee Engagement and Strengthen Employer Branding, highlighting key trends and actionable strategies to enhance workplace culture.
Ashish Singh shared his experiences in a talk titled Going Beyond, encouraging professionals to think outside the box and drive business growth.
Fireside Chat:
The fireside chat featured Myah Payel Mitra discussing Cultivating Resilient Leadership, moderated by Subrata Kabiraj. This session provided deep insights into leadership resilience in the face of adversity and constant change.
Entertainment:
