Rashmi is a post-graduate in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur with over 20+ years of experience in HR across multiple industries. She is also a certified Master Assessment Expert, Executive Coach and Change Management Expert. She was awarded as one of the Most Influential HR Leaders in India by World HRD Congress in 2016. She has worked with major Corporate houses like ITC, United Breweries, Thapar Group and international organizations like ICRC, CAF International. She has attended several Executive Education courses in IIM, Ahmedabad and ISB, Hyderabad. Rashmi is an active member of the CII NR Regional Committee on Skills.

Rashmi is currently working as Chief Human Resources Officer at the Wave Group. The Wave Group is a diversified industrial conglomerate with businesses that include Real Estate, Retail, Sugar, Distilleries and Education. She is responsible for managing the entire HR function of Wave.

Over the years, Rashmi has made a significant contribution in organization design and restructuring, building a pipeline of Talent through Portfolio Approach and change management processes. She has led initiatives in strategic HR in terms of aligning the HR strategy to the business strategy. She has been instrumental in developing a Digital Repository that is a knowledge bank that stores critical information and knowledge database of various projects in digital form. She has also been leading initiatives for automating HR processes, building a Digital HR and creating a work culture of innovation and high performance. She actively works with the premier Universities and colleges and provides the students industry perspective.

He has got 30+ years of corporate experience, is a certified trainer & has a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi to his credit. Besides, he is a Science Graduate, MBA in HR, Masters in Social Work (University Topper), LL.B. & Diploma in Business Admin.

Prior to Tex Corp Ltd., Mr. Gupta has worked as Associate Professor cum Head of Training & Placement with leading National & International Business Schools in Delhi. He has been a Visiting Faculty & Mentor of MBA Students of IMT Ghaziabad, JIMS Kalkaji, Bharti Vidya Bhawan, Hindu Vidyapeeth & IGNOU.

Prior to this, Mr. Gupta has worked at senior positions with Larsen & Toubro, Godfrey Philips, Rollatainers, Fenner Belts & Oswal Retail. His last Corporate Assignment was with M/s FENA Pvt. Limited New Delhi, as Group Head- HR.

Rakhee Nagpal

Rakhee is a Human Resource Professional with more than 17+ years of strategic experience who helped shape the HR Department of various organizations and has led some impactful change management initiatives. She has been the Business HR Head for the various organization including start-ups where she designed and established the talent and leadership strategy. She has been handling HR vertical as an independent SBU as a revenue model. Worked all across industries including IT, Telecom, Consulting, Legal &  Event industry. Her current responsibilities as a Consulting Strategist include developing a successful Talent Management Strategy, automation of HR Shared Services, designing & benchmark of Compensation and Benefit Plans, developing a healthy Leadership Pipeline & their Training Plans, Organization Design Capability, Talent Assessments & Rewards & Recognition Programs

Rakhee holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune &  a  Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

In her last assignment, she worked with CS Direkt as AGM-HR & involved in setting up HR department from scratch. Prior to this, her engagement has been with Companies including Solution Digitas, Cisco, Microsoft, Denave India to name a few.

Saloni carries over twenty-seven years of progressive management experience having served in HR leadership roles at Global and large Indian organizations such as EMC Corporation, Tata Consultancy Services, ITpreneurs, Tata Infotech Ltd. Widely traveled, she has worked with people from different cultures and countries like US, UK, Netherlands, France, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Australia, and China.

In her last assignment as Head HR for EMC Corporation (India), a subsidiary of the US$20B US-based company, Saloni lead and drove HR Strategy, Business Partnership and HR Operations for EMC India & SAARC Sales & Global Services organization for close to five years. The operations covered over 500 employees spread across various geographies.
