About the Event

HR SUCCESS TALK's Karnataka Chapter is pleased to announce the 26th HR Strings Meet in collaboration with ABBS Bengaluru, on November 05, 2022 (Saturday).

It is also our pleasure to share that HR SUCCESS TALK is now exploring its wings in Bengaluru, for which we thank ABBS Banglore, for their valuable support.

COVID has altered the way we work, and leaders must adjust accordingly. While a few organisations have elected to stick with remote work, others are opting for a hybrid model that includes some in-office work.

Hybrid leadership has been challenged by the shift in the work model. As a result, leaders require a new set of skills to keep their staff motivated and performing in the new hybrid working environment.

While organizations large and small continue to grapple with the right mix of remote and hybrid in-office work, the bigger picture has come into focus.

Remote and distributed teams will be an essential part of the flexible and increasingly digital future of work.

So that begs a question: What is the best way to lead remote and hybrid teams?

In this program our esteemed panel will be sharing their experiences and insights on “Leadership Rebooted” and the audience will be benefited by following takeaways:

# Leadership style and it's impact on remote and hybrid work culture.

# Areas on which leadership will experience change and rethink their approach.

Join us to understand the realities of the COVID which  have forced everyone, regardless of title, to pause and rethink how they define leadership.
