I want to know what are the roles & responsibility of an HR-Manager for Training & Development.Can anyone help me out...

Dear Pranomi,

I believe HR Manager has to play the most important role in Training and Development need of an organization.

HR Manager should ensure that:

Training need identification of each profile and employee after due discussion with manager and employee.

Preparing Training calendar which should cover training requirement considering organizational, departmental and profile need

Ensuring execution of training program, better content, right trainer etc.

Ensuring ROI of training program so that training program should not be on formalities but actually contribute in organization growth at 360 degree.
