If any organization is not providing leaves as per shops and establishment act? What is the penalty employer has to pay? Is there any case in the past?

Can anyone let me know if it is possible for a Company to stop the leave encashment all of a sudden.

Hi,
I need to make a leave policy for my organisation. Need to know the guidelines for making a leave policy in accordance with Shops and Establishment Act.

Is there a minimum mandate on how many number of CL/PL/SL a private ltd organisation needs to give to its employees?

Yes, there is a requirement. You should follow Shop and Establishment Act.
