Gratuity claim if job discontinue for some time in whole tenure
#1
Please suggest -
A person worked for 13 years in same company but in early 4th year , he took off from his job for one year. Then continued.
Does a person eligible for Gratuity claim of continuous 13 years, if he has taken off for one year service due to personal reasons Or only continuous services can be claimed for Gratuity which he had served after discontinuation.

If any employee taken off of any reason then he/she is not eligible for his gratuity. If he/she completed their 4 years and 240 days of services then only he is eligible for his gratuity for 5 years.

Now he/she is eligible for gratuity for rest of his services.

If you have any query then you can call on below mentioned no.
