Holidays denote happiness, fun and tons of enthusiasm. The special days of the year when everyone’s busy getting family time, planning trips, hosting events and much more. Holidays are also those crucial days where workflows in abundance and very few employees remain available while their peers are out on a break. Competition is tough, workload increases and the motivational levels seem to be dropping, this is the time when engagement needs to be re-fostered. With only 13% of employees truly engaged worldwide, it's especially important not to lose touch of employee appreciation and recognition during the stressful holiday season.
