BDR Thermea Group is hiring an HR Director Germany (Rastede near Bremen)
In this position you have an impactful role in the (energy) transition at BDR Thermea and its brands. In this case you will work closely with and also contribute to the global BDR Thermea People strategy. You will have HR responsibility for Germany including brands Brötje, Senertec and Remeha. You will be the trusted counter partner for the Managing Director and the Management Team in Germany and will advise on how best to develop the organization by making use of the Group defined strategic outlines. You will manage the German HR team over the different locations. Leading them on the journey towards becoming a high performance HR team. You will drive optimization of processes and professionalizing HR. Your reporting line is directly to the Managing Director and you will have a dotted line to the Group HR Director. You are experienced in change management and organizational development. You are capable of merging the different German locations into one strong German organization as part of BDR Thermea Group.

Furthermore, you will drive topics in a number of areas, such as:

- Talent management, learning & development, change management and culture change.
- Professionalize and continuously improve the HR department servicing all employees in Germany
- Improve collaboration between local and group HR striving for maximal synergy.
- Integrating HR within Germany
- Progressing and delivering on optimization of (HR) processes.
- Guiding the different companies and brands in effectively cooperating together.

Next to these topics, you will also be expected to:

- Have a cross-curricular vision on the development of a future-proof personnel, resource and organizational policy.
- Properly substantiate your strategic choices and join the management team as a trusted partner.
- Achieve results in collaborative manner and work seamlessly across cultures.
- Focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of the entire HR function and acting as a strong role-model for the team.
- Have a strong point of view and confidently express it even if it proves unpopular.
