Shamik Vora who is Founder and CEO of HR Fidelity Consulting Services LLP which runs an HR companion portal called www.diyhr.in.

He feels that Learning and Development is one of the area which is sometime neglected. Management is not sure about return on investment. Shamik explains when management asks them “What if, people leave after investing in their training?” and Shamik replies “What if we don’t and they stay?”
